  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing usually takes 3–7 business days.

✔ Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

  • To request an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue.

✔ Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

✔ Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect).
